Terms of Service

1. The service

Coflplay provides market tools for Hypixel Skyblock — price tracking, flip finders, and related utilities. Coflplay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Hypixel Inc. or Mojang AB. All in-game trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

2. Who can use Coflplay

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We ask for your date of birth at signup and refuse registrations below that age. We do not store the date — it is checked once and discarded.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it and delete the data held against it.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, abuse, or make automated bulk requests against the site or its underlying APIs. Don't attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.

5. Content you submit, and how we moderate it

Feedback, bug reports and feature requests you submit are stored by us and reviewed by our team. They are not published to other users.

What is not allowed:content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that harasses or threatens, or that exists to advertise or to abuse the credit reward system.

Reporting content. If you believe something on Coflplay is illegal or breaks these terms, tell us at the contact address in section 14. Include a link or description of what you found, and why you think there is a problem. We review every report and act without undue delay.

If we remove something or restrict your account, we will tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to that decision at the same address and ask us to look again. We do not silently hide content.

The contact address in section 14 is also our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act. You may write to us in English or Danish.

6. Virtual credits

Credits earned through site features (such as feedback submissions) are a reward for participation only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts. We may adjust how credits are earned or spent at any time.

7. Paid tiers

Paid subscription tiers (Starter, Premium, Premium+) can be purchased with credits or in money. Buying a tier is a one-time charge — there is no automatic renewal and no recurring billing. Prices shown include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Credit purchases can be downgraded or cancelled, with unused days refunded to your credit balance, prorated by day and rounded down. The full rules, including worked examples, are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your right to cancel a money purchase

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have 14 days from the day you buy a tier with money to withdraw from that purchase, without giving a reason.

Because Coflplay delivers live market data that changes continuously, we treat a paid tier as a digital service rather than fixed digital content. That means we do not ask you to waive this right. If you withdraw after starting to use the tier, we may keep an amount proportionate to what you used before you cancelled, and refund the rest.

To withdraw, tell us using the contact address in section 14 before the 14 days are up. A clear statement is enough — there is no form to fill in. We refund using the same payment method you used, without undue delay.

This right is in addition to the credit proration described in the Refund Policy, and nothing in these terms reduces it.

9. Data accuracy

Market data is sourced from the Hypixel API, Mojang, and other third parties and is provided "as is", without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Nothing on Coflplay is financial advice — in-game trading decisions are made at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where we do, we will tell you why, as described in section 5. You may stop using the service at any time and can request deletion of your account using the contact details below.

11. Liability

Coflplay is provided "as is" and free of charge at its base tier, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost in-game items, coins, or trading opportunities, or for any loss arising from third-party data being inaccurate or unavailable. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [NOT CONFIGURED — set before launch]. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

13. Complaints & dispute resolution

Complain to us first, using the contact address below — it is the fastest route and most issues end there.

If we cannot resolve it, consumers in [NOT CONFIGURED — set before launch] can take the matter to the national alternative dispute resolution body. In Denmark that is Center for Klageløsning / Forbrugerklagenævnet (forbrug.dk). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can get help from the European Consumer Centre network (ECC-Net) in their own country.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

14. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects your rights we will say so on this page with an updated date, and continued use after that means you accept the update. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Hypixel Inc., Mojang AB, or Microsoft. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang AB; “Hypixel” and “Hypixel Skyblock” are trademarks of Hypixel Inc. All game content, names, and imagery belong to their respective owners.
